After restoration the globe was put in the showroom for sale at Michael Kessler Antiques, Greenwich, Connecticut. Prior to restoration, the globe had no value.
The paper on the horizon was in destroyed condition so all twelve months and the zodiacs were replicated with calligraphy pens.
